The 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, a prestigious event celebrating the best in real estate development, design, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) excellence, was held at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The gala evening saw top developers from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao come together to recognize the industry’s outstanding contributions to the built environment in over 80 categories, ranging from luxury high-rises to affordable housing solutions.
