As the Brand of Choice in vertical transportation solutions, platinum sponsor Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) continues to push the limits of innovation, introducing features that ease access for seniors and differently abled persons. With features such as M’s Bridge, the Japanese brand’s elevators automatically detect anomalies and predict the need for maintenance, reducing downtime and accelerating emergency response times.
Another renowned supporter of this year’s awards was gold sponsor V-ZUG Thailand. Angeline Yap, regional managing director for Southeast Asia at V-ZUG, attended the ceremony and showcased the brand’s long-lasting, sustainably designed appliances.
A company with roots in Switzerland for over a century, V-ZUG is at the forefront of carbon-neutral production and sustainably minded manufacturing.
SEN X Group also cheered on the winners of the awards this year. A provider of world-class real estate services, the night’s other gold sponsor has developed digital technology based on the concept of “Life Simplified.”
With this philosophy, SEN X Group emphasises energy conservation, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness to promote sustainable living and make life convenient for customers.
Aside from Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), SEN X Group, and V-ZUG Thailand, the 19th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards were supported by official portal partner DDproperty.com; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official publicity partner Infinity Communications; media partners Hot Magazine, Pattaya Trader, Prop2morrow, REm, TerraBKK, Think Of Living, and Top10 Thailand; supporting associations British Chamber of Commerce Thailand and Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce; and official supervisor HLB.
