PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards presents Mitsubishi Electric as official Gold Sponsor
The acclaimed leading manufacturer of air-conditioning and ventilating products in the globe offers its support to the Kingdom’s most illustrious awards programme
As the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards celebrates its 16th year of honouring outstanding developers, developments, and designs in the country, we are pleased to have the support of Mitsubishi Electric as the Official Gold Sponsor.
Renowned for being one of the top manufacturers of air-conditioning systems and ventilating products in the world, Mitsubishi Electric takes pride in being the preferred provider by high-end houses and condominiums, and luxury hotels and resorts across the country for a century now, which coincides impeccably with the values of the awards programme.
“PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards recognise the great works of projects in Thailand developed by many of our customers for years and by becoming part of this programme, we can jointly appreciate these achievements of property developers who also apply our quality Mitsubishi Electric air-conditioning and ventilating products in their projects,” said Arthit Potivorakun, the general manager of Living Environment Systems Division at Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana Co., Ltd.
The corporation’s Thailand subsidiary Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana Co., Ltd. manages the sales and service of their products, including home-use electrical appliances. In November of this year, the company will mark its 50th anniversary of manufacturing high quality, innovative products, enabling their rise as the top brand of air-conditioning and home appliance products among Thai consumers.
Such innovations include the energy-saving ECO EYE INVERTER XT Series of air cooling systems with the PM2.5 filter and the ECO EYE Sensor that automatically turns on if it detects movement in the room and shuts off if there is no movement for an hour, as well as the air conditioning CITY MULTI VRF System that can be used to control multiple units inside a home.
Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana Co., Ltd., formerly Sahakanyong Co., Ltd., started out as a small company that distributed a handful of electrical appliances. As the company started to grow, the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Company of Japan decided to collaborate with Sahakanyong Co., Ltd. to expand their reach across Asia. This partnership founded the Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana Co., Ltd. in 1971, as the official Thai distributor of electrical appliances under the Mitsubishi Electric trademark.
Launched in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards has an unparalleled reputation for being credible, fair, and transparent, with an independent panel of judges and trusted awards supervisor. The programme hosts several annual gala dinners in physical and virtual formats, welcoming hundreds of C-level executives, senior industry figures, and property seekers from around the region.
Widely recognised as a professionally-run international awards series, the 16-year-old programme continues to set the gold standard for achievement and success in the Asia Pacific real estate sector.
