PropertyGuru opens People’s Choice Awards voting for developers and agencies across Thailand

Consumers empowered to recognise excellence on both sides of the real estate industry as voting runs from 3 to 16 August

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading proptech platform, today announced the return of the People’s Choice Awards to the 21st PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards and its inclusion in the DDproperty Agent Awards 2026, welcoming residents of Thailand to cast their votes for the developers and agencies they trust most.

Now in its third year for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, the People’s Choice Awards places property seekers front and centre at the real estate industry’s most prestigious honours. The inclusion of the People’s Choice Awards in this year’s edition of the DDproperty Agent Awards also builds on the success of these consumer-driven recognitions across the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series.

The voting period for both programmes runs concurrently from 3 to 16 August 2026. Cast your votes at PeoplesChoiceAwards.asia.

Key dates for the 2026 edition are:

• 3-16 August 2026 – People’s Choice Awards voting period
• 18 September 2026 – PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards Gala Dinner and Ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand
• 27 November 2026 – DDproperty Agent Awards Ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand
• 11 December 2026 – PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand

The developers and agencies receiving the highest number of valid votes will be announced as winners in the respective awards programmes in September and November. Lucky voters will stand a chance to win exciting prizes through a raffle draw.

Voting is open exclusively to residents of Thailand, except for PropertyGuru employees. All voting results will be independently verified by HLB, the official balloting partner.

A consumer-driven dimension

The People’s Choice Awards adds a consumer-driven dimension to the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. Property seekers and investors can vote for their favourites from this year’s roster of finalists, showing support for companies that have rightfully become the developers of choice for property seekers.

Since 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, which began in Thailand, have grown into the region’s largest and most respected real estate awards series, giving developers across Asia Pacific a premier platform for industry recognition. Credibility sets the awards programme apart, thanks to a fair, transparent judging process under the supervision of HLB, the global network of independent accounting and advisory firms.

First launched in Malaysia, the People’s Choice Awards have since expanded across the region to markets including Thailand and Vietnam.

For the 21st PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, top winners in the judged categories will earn the opportunity to progress to the 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 11 December in Bangkok. Here, they will go head-to-head with the region’s finest for the prestigious titles of Best in Asia.
