Lentor Modern

Lentor Modern is set to be the first and only integrated mixed-use development to be built in Lentor precinct. Set on a 1.7-hectare site surrounded by parks and reservoirs, the development features a 96,000-square-foot shopping mall and a direct connection to the MRT.

A transit-oriented mixed-use development, Lentor Modern offers its homeowners the “One Lift Ride Lifestyle”. The landscape and design of Lentor Modern pay tribute to its historic site, which once housed a freshwater stream, and draw inspiration from an ancient Chinese cultural activity known as 曲水流觞 (“winding stream party”). A 200-metre-long interconnected waterbody, located on the facility deck, complements the site’s many gardens, pavilions, and communal amenities.

Lentor Modern offers a versatile “Flex Room” in all its two- to four-bedroom units. This flexible space evolves with the needs of residents to suit a range of functions, such as a playroom, study room, walk-in wardrobe, guest bedroom, and workspace.
