Oliver Siah shines as Rising Star at 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore)
The Fraxtor Group leader is recognised for democratising real estate investment through technology and creating outstanding freehold properties

Oliver Siah was honoured with the prestigious Rising Star award at the 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) gala on Friday at Andaz Singapore.
The co-founder and managing director of Fraxtor Group received the award, presented by official portal partner PropertyGuru.com.sg, for a transformative career ascent that saw him manage assets worth over half a billion dollars.
“This recognition belongs to the Fraxtor team, our investors, and partners who backed real estate tokenisation when it was still an idea,” says Siah in a statement.
Siah co-founded FRX Capital, which grew into an award-winning boutique developer known for projects like The Hillshore, a freehold development within the vicinity of the Greater Southern Waterfront area. He further revolutionised property investment by launching Fraxtor, a pioneering platform that uses tokenisation to allow investors to buy fractions of real estate.

“We began with a simple aim: make quality property investments more accessible, transparent, and efficient,” he reflects. “Today we’re proving that responsible innovation can widen participation while strengthening governance and investor protection.”
Apart from venturing into fintech and traditional property markets, Siah has served as an AH-64D Apache helicopter pilot with the Republic of Singapore Air Force. A graduate of top institutions in Australia, Singapore, and the UK, he holds a First Class Honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering, among others.
He has since brought this military-grade discipline to the business world, where his star continues to shine. Reflecting on the award, he says: “Looking ahead, I’ll deepen partnerships, advance compliant digital-securities infrastructure, and build products that help more people share in real estate value.”
