OfficeHaus, one of Saigon’s most anticipated office buildings, was awarded ‘Best Low-Rise Office Development’ at the seventh PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards on 26 November 2021. This is one of the most respected and sought-after awards in Viet Nam’s property sector, as the competition is professionally run and has a supervised judging system, making it the gold standard in real estate.
Designed by Korn Architects, its design meets LEED Gold standards, and its Bauhaus-inspired architecture provides spaces that are energy-efficient and pleasurable to be in. The building will provide more than 2,500 m2 of space and will have the largest available floorplates in Saigon. This creates large open spaces and caters to the increasing demands for flexible workplaces. OfficeHaus offers affordable rent with fully built tenant units with suspended ceilings, lighting, carpeted flooring, cabling channels, and entrance doors.
