Melbourne-based Balfour Group named Best Boutique Developer at the 2020 Property Guru Asia Property Awards

Balfour Group, the Melbourne-based high-end property developer, has taken out the inaugural Best Boutique Property Developer award at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia).
Balfour, ran by owner and architect Steve A’Beckett, were judged on their One Adams Street development in South Yarra, Armadale Residences on Armadale’s Horsburgh Grove and 1683 Malvern Road in Malvern.
The independent judges said Balfour Group’s impeccably designed and forward-thinking projects provide a glimpse into the future of residential development in Australia.
“Their residences impress with glamorous interiors, generous spaces and top of the line health, wellness and automation features, raising the bar high in luxury and sustainable development.”
