SINGAPORE — 22 October 2020 

PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards programme, will be hosting the first virtual edition of the Singapore gala and awards ceremony on Friday, 30 October 2020, from 17:30 to 19:00 Singapore Standard Time (GMT +8). 

Shying away from a traditionally exclusive venue, the innovative new format of the 10th annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) will enable the general public to witness and participate in the most illustrious night in Singapore real estate. 

The virtual event will be multi-streamed on asiapropertyawards.com/newsroom, as well as the official Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube channels, providing viewers a “front-row” seat to experience the glitz and glam of Singapore’s most prestigious real estate awards programme. 

The 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) will commence with a “Virtual Red Carpet”, the pre-show featuring interviews with the members of the independent judging panel, event sponsors and PropertyGuru Singapore’s country manager. 

Leading developers of the most exceptional residential and commercial projects in the country will be accepting their trophies and certificates via remote video. For the first time in our awards show history, these builders, as well as their developments and designs will be showcased to a global viewership that will include real estate agents and consumers. 

The integrated live chat on the Awards’ official website will allow communication between nominated developers and property seekers from across the globe in an immersive platform that has paved the way for them to easily connect.  

As for the filming of the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), all parties involved were mandated to abide by the necessary precautions, from limiting the number of people involved to wearing masks, ensuring that health and safety remain top priority.
