BANGKOK, Thailand – The 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will be staged on Friday, 12 September 2025, beginning 18:00 (GMT+7) at Dusit Thani Bangkok. This landmark edition is in celebration alongside the 20th anniversary of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, recognising two decades of the region’s leading developers, projects, and industry visionaries.
For the first time in Thailand, the prestigious Life Achievement Award will be presented to Khun Kamala Sukosol, President of Siam Hotels & Resorts, honouring her enduring contributions to hospitality and real estate.
Other special recognitions include Real Estate Personality of the Year for Khun Chadatip Chutrakul, Chief Executive Officer of Siam Piwat Group, and the inaugural Rising Star Award, presented by Portal Partner DDproperty, to Khun Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited.
This year’s competitive categories will also spotlight exemplary developments across Bangkok and key provincial destinations including Chiang Mai, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Phuket, Samui, and the Northeast.
The black-tie gala will be broadcast live via asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast, Facebook, and YouTube, enabling audiences worldwide to witness Thailand’s most distinguished real estate honours.
