JAKARTA, Indonesia – The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, part of the region’s most respected real estate awards series, will take place on Friday, 21 November 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, beginning at 17:30 (GMT+7).
This year marks a milestone in the 20th anniversary of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, two decades of celebrating excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth in property development across the region.
In honour of this special occasion, the Indonesia programme will introduce for the first time the Life Achievement Award, presented to Soetjipto Nagaria, Founder of Summarecon Group, in recognition of his enduring contributions to Indonesia’s property landscape.
