Dato’ Sr Lau Wai Seang, the RISM President Session 2017/2018, amongst others, admitted the intangible asset valuers as members of RISM and registered the prefix ‘Sr’ of RISM members under Class 42 of the Trade Marks Act 1976 of Malaysia.
She is a registered real estate valuer and is also certified jointly by the Corporation of Intellectual Property of Malaysia (MyIPO) and World Trade Institute (WTI), Switzerland as an Intellectual Property Valuer.
She logged 35 years of service in the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Between 2019 and 2022, she was the Chairman of Ian Scott International (Malaysia), an integrated valuation service provider, licenced from its parent office in UK with the same name.
Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) recognised her contributions through the Surveyor of the Year 2020 Award.

Oliver Tong is the head of Jones Lang LaSalle Macau and Zhuhai office. He leads the real estate professional services in Macau, Zhuhai and Hong Kong. Oliver Tong has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in Macau for more than 10 years providing leasing consultancy advice in almost all major malls and commercial buildings in Macau. He is in charge of leasing development strategies including market-positioning, trade mix and tenant mix strategies. He also specializes in shopping center design solutions for new projects as well as those under refurbishment or redevelopment and has extensive experience of working alongside architects. Moreover, he has also been leading and involved in a wide range of transactions including the biggest land transaction in Macau and consultancy projects for major developers in HK, Macau and China, during his years in JLL.
Michael has 15 years experience in construction across the Middle East and South East Asia, specializing in MEP and building services. Starting out at a site engineer on the iconic Bahrain World Trade Center with Mercury Engineering, Michael continued his career with Mercury as a project manager and later Regional Construction Director overseeing Mercury’s operations across the Middle East.

She is educated in Switzerland, lived in multiple countries including Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. She has over a decade’s experience in the luxury hospitality industry primarily in the marketing field. Mr. Luo Minjie graduated from Tsinghua University with major in architecture. He specializes in ecological planning and architectural design for Shuimei Village, and has been gaining rich practical experience in rural revitalization projects, which has formed the rural design concept of “natural growth of waterfront, creation of original cozy life”. Several rural revitalization projects taken charge by Mr. Luo Minjie won more than ten awards, including the golden prize of the China Survey Association and golden prize of the Sichuan Survey Association. Born in China, Cindy Jiang obtained her Master’s degree in Building materials and housing science from the Tongji University and her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Shenyang Jianzhu University. Working as an architect and real estate developer, with the cooperation of pioneer designers at home and aboard, Ms. Jiang completed plenty of bench-marking projects from a broad range of sectors – from housing to commercial complex and beyond. Before transferring to Nanjing, Ms. Jiang worked as the Deputy General Manager and principal architect of Yanlord Land Suzhou, and reconstruct the city images of Suzhou through abundant city-level projects, including Smriti Curtilage, Cang Jie, Tang Island, Resident in the Park, etc.
Born in Taiwan, China, Jesse Wang is a famous interior designer offering creative decoration and furnishings solutions. He graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) with a major in Architectural Engineering, and further studied in Rhode Island School of Design.

Li Qing was born in 1982 in Suzhou, China. From 2008 to 2010, he received undergraduate and postgraduate education in Queen’s University Belfast, majoring in civil engineering. Kinkesa Kim is the Managing Director, CBRE Cambodia, leading research and consulting business with primary focus on supervision of assignments, client management for local and international investors and corporations as well as overall business development. Chinese architect Zhong Ling is the founder of DUTS design. He is a French National Registered Architect, and got HMONP Architect Qualification for Practicing in Europe. He is also EMBA of China-Europe International Business School and Guest Teacher of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
He studied Architecture in ENSAPLV (Ecole nationale supérieure d’architecture de Paris la Villette) from the well-known French architect Eric Dubosc and founded DUTS design in 2010. He has combined the mature European design thinking and advanced technology model, together with the specific domestic situation in China, rationally and innovatively applied to domestic projects. DUTS’s architectural design practice covers urban design, architectural design and space design. He organically combines different dimensions of design thinking.
In 2016, Zhong Ling was selected as “Chinese Contemporary Architects” published by Tianjin University Press. He has presided over the design of works including the Linxia Grand Theater, Linxia Olympic Sports Center Stadium, Lanzhou Yinda Qin Engineering Administration, Chengdu Jinniu Library and other projects, which have been repeatedly reported by media both in China and overseas.
