Jerome Ng of Chiu Teng Group receives prestigious Rising Star Award
The director for business development is recognised for his leadership, innovation, and impact on real estate projects in Singapore and beyond

For only the second time in its history, the prestigious Rising Star Award in Singapore has been presented to an individual who exemplifies promise in the real estate industry.
This year, the accolade went to Jerome Ng, director for business development at Chiu Teng Group.
PropertyGuru.com.sg conferred the milestone golden statuette on Ng during the presentation of the 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) on 8 November at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
Celebrating individuals who are relatively early in their real estate careers yet already making significant contributions to the industry, the Rising Star award is a fitting recognition of Ng’s journey so far.
“It is an honour to be recognised by such a reputable organization in the real estate industry,” he says. “I am also extremely grateful for your immense support in our partnership for the last 10 years’ worth of projects. My team and I look forward to future collaborations with PropertyGuru for our future projects.”
A graduate of the University of Washington Bothell in Seattle, Ng began his career in 2014 as a project executive at Chiu Teng Group—he quickly distinguished himself with passion and commitment. Rising through the ranks, he now leads as the director of business development. He is known for having spearheaded six major projects—four in Singapore and two internationally—with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of SGD1.2 billion.
Ng has been instrumental in diversifying Chiu Teng Group’s portfolio, driving the company beyond its established industrial projects into new sectors, including hospitality, and expanding its reach to international markets. Under his leadership, the company has successfully undertaken groundbreaking initiatives, including its first-ever hospitality development.
Ng serves as an investment committee member for his family office, showcasing his expertise in strategic investments and financial planning. His multifaceted contributions to the real estate sector are not only altering Chiu Teng Group’s trajectory for the better but also resetting industry benchmarks in Singapore.
