Jareeporn Jarukornsakul receives the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award
The group CEO of WHA Corporation PCL shatters glass ceilings and revolutionises the economies of Thailand and Vietnam with groundbreaking industrial developments
Jareeporn Jarukornsakul was honoured tonight as the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year during the 19th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
The chairman of the executive committee and group chief executive officer of WHA Corporation PCL was feted in ceremonies held at The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
Jareeporn’s inspiring journey to self-made success runs alongside the industrialisation of Thailand, a manufacturing powerhouse in Asia. Since founding WHA in 2003, she has expanded the company into a multifaceted enterprise with interests in logistics, industrial estate development, utilities, energy, and digital platforms.
Under her visionary leadership, WHA has also expanded into Vietnam with industrial zones and ready-built factories that have attracted major players in electronics and high-value industries.
WHA is poised to achieve impressive growth under Jareeporn’s direction, with land sales projected to reach 2,500 rai in 2024. The company has ambitious plans to add 10,000 rai of industrial land in Thailand over the next four years.
It is also preparing for more industrial zones in the Vietnamese provinces of Nghe An and Thanh Hoa.

Jareeporn’s entrepreneurial journey began in the early 1990s when she ventured into trading and logistics, laying the groundwork for what would become WHA. By 2012, WHA was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, a major milestone in its progress.
Jareeporn has emerged as a formidable leader in clean energy. WHA Utilities & Power, listed in 2017, has led the way in peer-to-peer energy trading, empowering businesses to buy and sell solar energy directly.
Jareeporn has also enthusiastically embraced the rise of new energy vehicles. This year, WHA introduced Mobilix, Thailand’s first fully integrated electric vehicle ecosystem, featuring rentals, digital fleet management, and a national network of charging stations.
The company’s shift to green logistics solutions parallels Jareeporn’s openness to change and innovation. Such adaptability puts her company on course to become a fully tech-driven, data-centric organisation in the coming years.
By integrating her high-quality brand of logistics with IoT, automation, and artificial intelligence, Jareeporn is helping Thai and foreign businesses improve transportation efficiencies, curb emissions, and minimise energy consumption. With her forward-thinking initiatives at WHA, Jareeporn is truly guiding Thailand closer towards its net-zero goals.
In an industry dominated by men, Jareeporn has defied gender barriers and limiting beliefs to fast-track the industrial revolution of Thailand.
