The main highlight of the event was the presentation of the 2019 Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year award to the biggest name in Philippine real estate and business sectors: the late Henry Sy Sr., and the entire Sy Family of SM Investments Corporation. The award was graciously accepted by Hans Sy Jr., grandson of Henry, who shared kind words affirming the credibility and importance of the awards to the Philippines.
Cebu Landmasters Inc. won the Best Developer Award, validating their status amongst established industry names, and proudly attributed their win to their chairman and founder, Jose Soberano III. The Cebu Landmasters Inc. team who attended the awards included Jess Kabigting, vice president for Operations, Connie N. Guieb, vice president, accounting and finance/finance controller, and Engr. Jun Capistrano, vice president for engineering.

The event’s attendees were treated to a sumptuous three-course dinner of salmon, pea soup and braised beef followed by a sinfully delightful chocolate dessert while they enjoyed a fantastic vocal performance by the evening’s entertainment.
