The 12th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) programme marked its first in-person gala celebration in two years on 28 October.
Among the celebrators were the teams of Kohler and Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd., the year’s generous gold sponsors. The companies watched as triumphant developers brought home golden statuettes and citations from the celebration at the Shangri-La Singapore ballroom.

Kohler’s support for the Awards in Singapore comes as the company celebrates 149 years since its founding. The world-class provider of kitchen and bath products has sponsored the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series for six years running.
The company is “proud to be back” for another year in support of the Awards, according to Leo Leong, general manager of Kohler Kitchen & Bath, South and North East Asia.

“We are once more honoured to be the selected partner with PropertyGuru, coming together to acknowledge and support the credible and innovative developers in building sophisticated metropolitans across Asia,” the company says in a statement.
The company’s range of air-conditioning systems continue to evolve in energy efficiency, thanks to innovations such as R32, which has two-thirds less GWP (Global Warming Potential) than its predecessor.
In addition to Kohler and Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd., the 12th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) has the support of official portal partner PropertyGuru.com.sg; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official channel partner History; official PR partner Artemis Associates; media partners d+a Magazine, Luxuo, Palace, and Yacht Style; official ESG partner Baan Dek Foundation; supporting associations Singapore Estate Agents Association and Singapore Green Building Council; and official supervisor HLB.
