First Indian edition of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards announces shortlist of nominees

PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s most prestigious real estate awards programme, announced today the nominees shortlisted for its inaugural Indian edition on Friday, 4 December 2020.
Brookfield Properties, a fully integrated real estate services company with approximately $550bn in assets under management around the world, has been shortlisted for the historic first edition of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India).
With more than six million square feet of office projects in the pipeline for major cities worldwide, Brookfield Properties is a global leader in developing premier commercial spaces. The 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India) mark the continued expansion of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards across the dynamic property markets of South Asia. Last year, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) celebrated its third edition, honouring the towering achievements of the island nation from the record-breaking The One project to the outstanding condo and housing developments of Prime Group.
