38 Park Avenue has finally reached the top!
This New York-inspired masterpiece by El Camino Developers Cebu, with Cebu Landmasters as a developer, topped off its vertical mixed-used condominium project at the Cebu IT Park on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
The virtual topping off was led by Jose Franco Soberano, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Cebu Landmasters, Inc., Jose Soberano III, Chairman and CEO, along with Roberto Gothong, CEO of Gothong Southern Properties, and Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella.
In 2019, 38 Park Avenue was awarded as the best high-end condominium in Cebu during the 7th Annual Property Guru Philippines Property Awards in Makati City.
