Diverse finalists announced for the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau)

Outstanding developers, joint ventures, and design practices represent the finest real estate across dynamic Chinese property markets

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, has announced this year’s finalists for its real estate awards programme in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

The 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) will present the finest real estate achievers from dynamic Chinese property markets during the International Luncheon at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on 12 December 2025.

Outstanding developers and design practices have been shortlisted as nominees this year to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China), including Benoy; CAN Design; J&A Design; Lead8; Sybarite Architects; and Xiamen Wan Xia Tian Cheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Top developers and joint ventures are also advancing as shortlisted nominees this year to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Hong Kong and Macau): Henderson Land Development Company Limited; Properties Sub F, Limited (Joint Venture of Hongkong Land Group & Shun Tak Development Limited); Henderson Land Development Company Limited & New World Development Company Limited; and Xiangyuan Property Development Limited.

The shortlisted nominees from Mainland China were selected by an independent panel of judges composed of Ken Ip, chairperson of the judging panel for the Awards in Mainland China and chairman of Asia MarTech Society; Chou Kuang Ming (Ray), founder / creative director, Vermilion Zhou Design Group; Coco Lin, principal / project director, B+H Consulting International Inc.; Frankie Liang, founder, WAD; Guo Nu, founder and design principal, AUD Architect and Urban Design; James Woo, executive director, co-head of valuation | China Valuation & Advisory Services, China Colliers; Luo Minjie, founder / chief architect, Urban-Rural Revitalization Construction Institute; Wang Shaoqing, founder / chief designer, CLV.DESIGN; Wells Wang, director, Cushman & Wakefield (Shanghai); and Zino Helmlinger, executive director / head of retail, CBRE.

The shortlisted nominees from Hong Kong and Macau were selected by an independent panel of judges composed of Paul Tse, chairperson of the judging panel for the Awards in Hong Kong and Macau and president of the Macao Association of Building Contractors and Developers; Bernie Devine, senior regional director, Asia Pacific, Yardi Systems, Inc.; Gregory Ku, Independent Property Professional; Jimmy Wardhana, co-founder and principal architect, JWCC Architecture Co. Ltd; Kam Hung Yu, past president, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors; Sr Edmond Yew, senior vice president, Lai Fung Holdings Limited; and Vincent Cheung, founder and managing director, Vincorn Consulting and Appraisal Limited.

Baicheng Tax Services – HLB China, led by general manager Eric Dong, supervised the judging process of the Awards in Mainland China. HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited – HLB Hong Kong, led by director Jack Tien, supervised the judging process of the Awards in Hong Kong and Macau.

Top winners of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) will compete for the Best in Asia titles at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 12 December 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Marking its 20th edition in 2025, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series encompasses property markets such as the Middle East, Australia, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Thailand.
