Discover Veyla Natai Residences: the new luxury beachfront residential project in Phang Nga
Thai luxury property developer Ideas 1606 Co., Ltd. launched its new luxury residence property project called “Veyla, Natai Residences” serenely situated in Phang Nga province’s Natai Beach, a hidden gem within a 30-minute drive from Phuket International Airport.
A freehold beachfront residential development, Veyla Natai Residences, will comprise 15 luxury seaside villas, each with a breath-taking view of Natai Beach and the Andaman Sea. The project, aiming to cater to both foreign and local buyers at the top end of the market in response to growing demand for luxury vacation homes in Thailand’s southern resorts, is planned to begin in the third quarter this year and scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.
The company’s growing portfolio includes successful, sold-out projects such as Veyla Khao Tao Residences (2009) which received Thailand Property Awards for Best Condominium in Hua Hin and Veyla Cha-Am Residences (2015) which received Best Residential Project.
