Damosa Land lauded at PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards

A homegrown property developer from Davao City has reaped nine plum prizes at the recent PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI), the real estate arm of the Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (ANFLOCOR), bested several other firms, a testament to its pioneering ways and spirit of innovation.
Damosa Land was named the Best Boutique Developer, a nod to its offerings that seamlessly bring to life its strong agricultural connection and its rich Mindanao heritage in its iconic projects. All of its projects–residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use–are rooted in agriculture and are designed to make sustainable living a reality.
Among the other awards that the company garnered are Special Recognition in Sustainable Development; Special Recognition For Building Communities; and Special Recognition in CSR.
