China’s finest developers are heading to the 2018 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards finale

Elite roster of finalists from Mainland China will be honoured at the exclusive regional Grand Final to be held in Bangkok, Thailand 

SHANGHAI, China – 19 October 2018 

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, in association with Anjuke, a part of China’s leading online marketplace 58.com, today have announced the official list of nominees comprising developers from Mainland China to receive the Asian real estate industry’s highest honours this November. 

Nearly 40 companies and consortiums made the elite shortlist to compete in 12 categories such as Best Developer (China), Best Retail Development, Best Mixed Use Development and Best Green Development, and a number of design awards.  

In addition, there will be a presentation for the Special Recognition in CSR for a company that has undertaken outstanding corporate social responsibility initiatives in the last year. 

Three conglomerates are in the running for the top award for Best Developer – China Vanke Co., Ltd.; Huafa Industrial Co., Ltd. Zhuhai; and R&F Group. 

The prestigious awards aim to connect Chinese buyers and investors to the fast-growing Southeast Asian property markets. The accolades will be handed out at the Grand Final gala dinner of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards to be held on Friday, 9 November 2018 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok in Thailand.  

The exclusive finale will gather the region’s finest developers from Sri Lanka to Japan, with the latter joining the programme for the very first time.
