Prof. Roy Ling
Prof. Roy Ling is a distinguished Board Chairman & Global Independent Director with deep expertise in ESG & Sustainability Governance, Asian Real Estate, and Corporate Finance. Concurrently, he also serves as the CEO & Founder of FollowTrade, and an Adjunct Instructor with NUS, NTU, SMU.
With over 20 years of investment banking experience at JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and Salomon Smith Barney, Prof. Ling has led some of the most prominent advisory and capital market transactions in Asia. He brings over 18 years of corporate governance experience, serving as a Board Chairman & Independent Director on many public-listed and non-profit organizations. Recognized for his industry leadership, Prof. Ling was honored as Real Estate Executive of the Year by Singapore Business Review, and recognized as one of the Top 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate by Institutional Investor.
Prof. Ling holds a Global EMBA from INSEAD and a BBA (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.

Chua Shang Chai is a Partner in the Dentons Rodyk Real Estate group.
Shang Chai graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2009. In early 2010, he joined the real estate department where he continued to pursue and hone his specialization in the real estate legal practice. Since then, Shang Chai has been involved in a multitude of real estate work including collective sales, purchase, mortgage financing and development work for developers, and real estate financing work.

Henry is the Director leading Atelier Ten (Asia) office in Singapore. As a chartered building services engineer, Henry has extensive experience in both building services engineering and environmental design. He has been leading environmental design and consultancy projects such as Jewel Changi, Marina Bay Sands Energy Improvement projects, Mandai Nature Attraction Masterplan. Prior to moving to Singapore, Henry was based in the London head office and led a series of high profile, award-winning projects across the world including the Iconic Greenhouse in UAE, Meixi Lake Sustainable Building Exhibition Centre in China and TMB Headquarters in Turkey. He specialises in building physics and
high-performance building services design. He often combines environmental design principles and computational simulation capabilities to provide positive influence to the design team and ensure that sustainable design strategies are deployed in the context of practical building and system solutions.
Dr Keow Yeong Ming

Dr Keow is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of the Built Environment within the College of Design and Engineering in the National University of Singapore. Having more than 30 years of industry and teaching experience in the fields of construction, facilities management, and information technologies (IT) and systems. He had previously served in several major local organizations such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Housing & Development Board (HDB), and the Ministry of Finance. He is also a Fellow with the Singapore Institute of Building Ltd.

Ar. Ivy Koh, Dy. COO of SJ architecture, at Surbana Jurong Pte Ltd, one of the largest Asia-based global urban and infrastructure consultancies.
With 15 years of architectural experience and a member of Board of Architects, she has been involved in a myriad of projects of various scales from Urban Planning, private residential, industrial to mixed-use developments. Ivy has also been serving as a Council Member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) since 2022.
Driven by a passion for design and the built environment, Ivy’s design sensibilities have largely been shaped by her years of practicing in Singapore for one of the largest architectural practices in Asia, as well as a developer’s in-house design manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In the pursuit of humanistic and sustainable design, she is interested in how architecture can shape the way people use spaces, influence people’s behaviour and providing opportunities for chance encounters, discoveries and surprises.
Ivy recently led the completion of SJ Campus, in collaboration with Safdie Architects. Apart from that, she is also the lead Architect for Temasek Shophouse which was awarded the URA Conservation Heritage Award 2019, shortlisted for the President Design Awards 2021 and exhibited at the Venice Architectural Biennale 2020. During the pandemic, she has also led the design and completion of Connect@Changi, a world’s first business exchange facility in 14 weeks.
Saravanan Sugumaran

Saravanan Sugumaran
Saravanan is the co-founder and heads MORROW Intelligence (MI), the urban advisory arm of MORROW. He is a seasoned policy analyst, experienced in applying innovative and quantitative research methods to address and achieve cities’ development goals in the face of modern urban and socioeconomic challenges. MI is also a contributor of Bloomberg’s New Economy Coalition, focused on mapping and formulating solutions for urgent problems at the city-level.
He previously served as Senior Assistant Director in Singapore's Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development, during which he led the indices team to review and benchmark the pandemic's impact on Singapore's development objectives and liveability framework.
Saravanan has helped in the construction of the Safe Cities, Soft Power and Good Governance Indexes, while also authoring reports on digital diplomacy and financial governance mechanisms. He has been an invited speaker for Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum 2024 and 2025, as well as the Bloomberg New Economy Forum 2023.
He read his Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore as a Li-Ka Shing Scholar, where he was also awarded the Raffles Fellowship (2017).

Zhenru Goy
Goy Zhenru is the principal architect of Goy Architects. Established in 2015, her studio works with various conservation, residential and hospitality projects in Singapore and the region. Her team of architects and designers based in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand allows the studio to work closely with regional craftspeople to create unique material palettes for their projects. The team believes in intimacy in traditional ways of making that are authentic to humanity’s way of life and rituals.
Goy Architects' work has been widely recognised and featured in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Dwell, Habitus, Design Anthology, Singapore Business Times, Tatler, and Channel News Asia Luxury. Their project, Sukasantai Farmstay, a 12-room retreat at the foot of Mt Gede, Indonesia, has been particularly acclaimed. This naturally ventilated retreat not only offers a unique experience to its guests but also promotes organic farming and wellness. In 2020, it was honoured with the “Best of the Best” In INDE awards and the Singapore Institute of Architects Design Awards (Special Categories), further cementing the studio's reputation for excellence.
Currently, her studio is refurbishing one of the world’s highest-placed hotels, Hotel Everest View, located 3880 above sea level within the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Nepal.
