Best Breakthrough Developer 

Must have launched first project during or after 2025 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2026. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Boutique Developer

Must have completed at least 2 boutique residential, commercial or hospitality developments in Japan since January 2021. Boutique developments. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Japan from 2021 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores.
