Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2023 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2024. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Indonesia from 2019 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 commercial developments in Indonesia from 2019 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Hospitality Developer

Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Best Housing Interior Design

Best Condo Landscape Design

Best Smart Building Development  

Open to commercial development that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of systems, such as lighting, temperature and security. The development must be innovative in the use of technology and be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2028.   

Best Commercial Green Development

Open for Commercial Projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and December 2028. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). The developer must submit relevant documents, images and certifications to support each entry as evidence of: Energy saving systems, Water management systems, Waste management systems and health related features.

Best Eco Friendly Commercial Development

Open to Commercial that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2028. Must have show unit

Best Integrated Development

Open to integrated development (multiple buildings) with two or more components, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, medical or entertainment. ​ An integrated development aims to create a harmonious and self-sufficient environment where residents or users can live, work, shop, and play without the need to travel extensively.
