Davao-based property developer Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) broke ground on the first set of homes in Ameria, the 8.9-hectare residential component of the township project Agriya in Panabo City.
DLI has partnered with Connovate Philippines , a provider of high-performance building technology from Denmark that ensures the creation of a higher home quality than those found in the market today.
Ameria was named the Best Housing Development for Metro Davao at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
The main project, Agriya, was also recognised as the Best Residential Green Development and Best Township Development by the same award-giving body.
