Award-winning companies represent diverse markets at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final

Country winners vie for the Best in Asia honours at the finale of the real estate awards series

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU) today announced the marks of excellence that will be presented at the 18th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, presented by Kohler and supported by Dongpeng Ceramic and Subzero Wolf.

The 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series will culminate in the Grand Final on Friday, 8 December at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. Top winners of the series will gather at the black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony for an opportunity to be honoured the Best in Asia.

This year, the Best in Asia honours will be presented in around 50 categories. Contenders will hail from a diverse pool of property markets represented by the Awards such as Australia, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

In addition, the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine, will present the PropertyGuru Icon Award to Dr. Allan Zeman, founder and chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group. Dr. Zeman won the Real Estate Personality of the Year title in 2015.

The country winners shortlisted as nominees to the Grand Final were chosen by an independent jury, composed of the head judges of participating markets in the Awards: Thien Duong, chairperson of the Grand Final and general director, Group GSA (Vietnam); Ajai A Kapoor, CEO, 360 degrees – Real Estate Services (India); Cyndy Tan Jarabata, president of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc. The 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final is part of PropertyGuru Week, an exciting series of events that will run from 6 December to 9 December.
