The 2023 season of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards finished in style on 8 December in Thailand.

But the long-awaited celebration, held at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, would not be what it was without the support of its platinum and silver sponsors.

Once again, platinum sponsor Kohler came to the gala dinner and ceremony with a noble mission of improving gracious living all over Asia. The finale of the Awards series, which traversed 13 property markets this year, had Mary Ann Rabonza, country manager of Kohler Kitchen and Bath Philippines, in attendance.

“We are excited and proud to be the Platinum sponsor for many years with PropertyGuru,” said Rabonza in her speech, prior to presenting some awards. “On behalf of Kohler Company, we would like to congratulate all the award winners.”

2023 marks Kohler’s 150th anniversary since its founding in the US. “We’re a community of creators whose bold actions have inspired change and driven innovation to build a better world,” Rabonza added.

Creativity and leading-edge design are the heart and soul of the Kohler brand. Since the 19th century, Kohler has forged a legacy of creating industry-transforming innovations for kitchen and bath spaces, energy-resilient products, luxury hospitality experiences, and even major championship golf.

The esteemed winners of the Grand Final were also presented by Derek Han, sales director of Dongpeng Ceramic, one of the night’s silver sponsors.

Dongpeng Ceramic is a prominent player in the tile industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation, quality, and aesthetic excellence. Headquartered in China, Dongpeng Ceramic has grown into a globally recognised brand, thanks to its diverse range of ceramic and porcelain tiles that cater to various architectural and design needs.

Also presenting winners at the Grand Final was Karl Fu, partner for Asian Markets at silver sponsor Subzero Wolf.
