A historic night for Thai real estate at the 20th PropertyGuru Awards gala
Frasers Property, Kamala Sukosol, Chadatip Chutrakul, and Supachoke Panchasarp honoured as the 20th edition highlights Thailand’s finest achievements in real estate
Bangkok, Thailand — The Dusit Thani Bangkok set the stage for a historic evening on 12 September 2025, as the 20th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards celebrated two decades of recognising the finest in Thai real estate.
Presented by PropertyGuru in partnership with DDproperty, the gala dinner and awards ceremony gathered leading developers, architects, designers, and industry figures from across the kingdom. Guests witnessed winners announced in more than 40 competitive categories, representing diverse markets from Bangkok to Phuket, Samui, Hua Hin, Krabi, Chiang Mai, and the Eastern Seaboard.
Frasers Property Thailand named Best Developer
The night culminated with the highest honour, Best Developer (Thailand), awarded to Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The company was recognised for achievements that include delivering Southeast Asia’s first LEED® Gold-certified single-detached housing project, advancing workplace well-being, and becoming the nation’s first real estate firm with SBTi-validated greenhouse gas reduction targets.
Life Achievement Award debuts with Kamala Sukosol
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the inaugural Thailand Life Achievement Award was presented to Khun Kamala Sukosol, President of Siam Hotels & Resorts. With a career spanning more than four decades, her legacy includes landmark properties such as Siam Bayshore Resort, The Bayview Hotel, The Sukosol, The Siam, and Wave. Beyond hospitality, she has championed Thai culture and tourism, notably leading a national delegation at the 1987 ASEAN Tourism Forum.
Real Estate Personality of the Year: Chadatip Chutrakul
The Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year honour was conferred upon Khun Chadatip Chutrakul, Chief Executive Officer of Siam Piwat Group. Her leadership has redefined Bangkok’s retail and cultural landscape through globally acclaimed landmarks including Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets. Her impact extends internationally, as she was the first Thai woman inducted into the World Retail Hall of Fame and has appeared on Forbes Asia’s Top 50 Power Women list.
Rising Star award introduced with Supachoke Panchasarp
Another milestone was reached with the presentation of the inaugural Thailand Rising Star Award, granted to Khun Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited. Recognised for his forward-thinking leadership, Supachoke has delivered projects such as VANA Residence Rama 9 – Srinakarin, Tonson One Residence, and CINQ Royal Krungthep Kreetha. His philosophy blends design excellence with ESG principles, including a commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050.
A diverse showcase of Thai real estate
The evening also highlighted the People’s Choice Awards Top 10 Developers, as voted by consumers, and celebrated a wide spectrum of projects, from luxury mega townships and ultra-luxury villas to pet-friendly condominiums, retail landmarks, and wellness-focused developments.
A milestone finale
As the historic night reached its final honours, international award-winning violinist, Roman Gromov, graced the stage for a special violin performance.
The awards concluded with the traditional on-stage group photo and showers of confetti, capturing a landmark gathering of Thailand’s most influential property leaders. Top winners from the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will advance to the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok this December, competing for regional ‘Best in Asia’ titles as part of PropertyGuru Week.
