PropertyGuru invites consumers to a webinar titled “Singapore Property Market in 2020 – Buy, Sell or Wait?”
Taking place on the 5th of May, industry experts will share some insights to guide you during these unprecedented times

PropertyGuru has announced that they will be hosting a webinar on the 5th of May from 8 PM to 9 PM titled “Singapore Property Market in 2020 – Buy, Sell or Wait?”, which will tackle some of the most asked questions that consumers have in the midst of the pandemic.
Since the public health crisis has made it difficult to buy or sell properties, our colleagues in Singapore invited a panel of experts who will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on Singapore’s real estate market and the changes moving forward. They will also share their insights on whether consumers should buy a property now they are unsure of their job and income, as well as other concerns.
Speakers at the webinar include:
- Dr. Tan Tee Khoon, the country manager of Singapore at PropertyGuru
- Winston Lee, the director of special projects at PropertyGuru
- Dr. Nai Jia Lee, the deputy director of National University of Singapore, Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies
The exclusive event on the 5th of May will begin at 8 PM Singapore time and will last for an hour. Participants will receive a copy of the PropertyGuru Singapore Property Market Index Report Q2 2020 during the event to help them in their buying and investing journey.
