Notable developers, designers shortlisted for the landmark 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards

Over 40 categories to recognise excellent, diverse Thai real estate during milestone year

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today announced the finalists for the landmark 20th edition of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.

The 20th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will confer golden statuettes across 45 categories during a black-tie gala at Dusit Thani Bangkok on Friday, 12 September 2025.

This year’s shortlisted nominees cut across a geographically diverse expanse of markets in Thailand’s real estate sector, with entries representing tourist and investment hubs such as Greater Bangkok, Samui, Hua Hin, Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai, and the Eastern Seaboard. The award categories also honour diverse segments and types of property development, ranging from luxurious villas and condominiums to large-scale townships and retail destinations.

In addition to competitive categories, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards gala will unveil the winners of the 2025 People’s Choice Awards in Thailand, giving consumers a platform to recognise the gold standard of real estate in the kingdom. The night will also celebrate the real estate industry’s most accomplished leaders with three special recognitions: the Life Achievement Award as well as the Real Estate Personality of the Year and Rising Star titles.

Marking 20 years since its inception in Thailand in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series have expanded over the decades. Today, the series encompasses the Middle East, Australia, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.

Top winners from the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will advance to the prestigious 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in December 2025, where they will vie for prestigious Best in Asia honours.
