Asia MarTech Society partners as Supporting Association for PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards
The region’s premier organiser of prestigious events for the sector’s top leaders is pleased to have the endorsement of Asia’s marketing technology community
PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Asia Real Estate Summit is pleased to announce our partnership with Asia MarTech Society, an independent, non-profit organisation that represents the marketing technology community in the region, as the Supporting Association for 2021.
Property technology has shown great potential for over a decade, but it was only during the dawn of the pandemic when the sector truly embraced it and realised its potential. Through this partnership, we aim to connect the real estate industry’s decision-makers with tech professionals, paving the way for promising partnerships and business opportunities.
“With the emergence of numerous new tech-enabled platforms and tools in AI and data analytics in recent years, digital transformation has become increasingly essential in the development of Asia’s real estate and property business.
Similarly, the use of marketing technology and automation has greatly aided in the production of leads and business growth for the real estate sector, from property search through purchasing and selling. As a result, there is a significant link between the two,” said Ken Ip, chairman of the Asia MarTech Society.
Established in 2018, Asia MarTech Society is a community/association that connects MarTech players and industry stakeholders in Asia. It aspires to promote the adoption of MarTech in the region and facilitate intra-regional trade in MarTech through events, knowledge sharing and management, and strategic partnership with MarTech peer organisations in Europe and the United States. Asia MarTech also actively engages stakeholders such as governments, martech developers, and institutional investors.
Founded in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards has an unparalleled reputation for being credible, fair, and transparent, with an independent panel of judges and trusted awards supervisor. The programme hosts several annual gala dinners in physical and virtual formats, welcoming hundreds of C-level executives, senior industry figures, and property seekers from around the region.
Widely recognised as a professionally-run international awards series, the 16-year-old programme continues to set the gold standard for achievement and success in the Asia Pacific real estate sector.
