Local property companies honoured with industry awards
Two Cambodia companies were among the winners at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2020. Urban Village and Factory Phnom Penh (by Urban Hub Co Ltd) was recognised as “Best Co-Working Space (Asia)” while the PH Eco Mall (by the Peng Huoth Group) took home honours for “Best Retail Architectural Design” (Asia).
Ben Li, the founder and chairman of Urban Village & Factory Phnom Penh, said: “We are proud once again [to be representatives] of Cambodia on the regional stage and [to have] made yet another historical moment for the country by winning this prestigious award. [This means] more people [will] know about Cambodia and its high [yield] potential investment opportunities, especially in the real estate sector, which is by far the best sector to invest in regionally.”.
This years’ edition of the awards marked the first time the event was presented as a virtual gala event and awards ceremony. The special broadcast also marked the 15th edition of the prestigious, long-running real estate awards programme.
