7th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards announce honourees at inaugural hybrid gala celebration
52 winners receive gold statuettes and certificates at innovative hybrid gala dinner and virtual awards presentation
- Sinar Mas Land and Farpoint win six awards each, including the coveted Best Developer and Best Boutique Developer titles
- Agung Sedayu Group wins five awards, including the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year title for chairman Sugianto Kusuma and the Best Commercial Developer award

The seventh annual edition of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler, announced its honourees in a hybrid gala celebration today at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
Winners and Highly Commended awardees of the 7th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards were unveiled in 48 categories, including eight competitive Developer titles. Around 52 winners received gold statuettes and certificates at the inaugural hybrid gala celebration, which included a live screening of the programme’s virtual red carpet and awards presentation.
Sinar Mas Land won six awards including Best Developer, a coveted title it has won for the second consecutive year. The company also won Best Green Development for BSD City and Best Mixed Use Development for Southgate Residence at TB Simatupang Area. It also received accolades for its joint ventures with Dwijaya Karya (Upper West @ BSD City) and Sojitz Corporation (GIIC @ Kota Deltamas).
This year’s Best Boutique Developer, Farpoint, also won six awards, mostly for Verde Two which earned the coveted honour of Best Condo Development (Indonesia). The company’s Samanea Hill project meanwhile won the Best Affordable Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) award.
Another coveted honour, Best Housing Development (Indonesia), was awarded to The Sanctuary Collection by Perennial Holdings, PT Cipta Harmoni Lestari & Qingjian Realty.

Agung Sedayu Group was proclaimed Best Commercial Developer, winning Best Resort Hotel Development for The Botanica Sanctuary. Its joint ventures with Salim Group, Central Market PIK and Tokyo Riverside Apartment at PIK2, won Best Boutique Retail Architectural Design and Best Affordable Condo Development (Greater Jakarta), respectively.
Sugianto Kusuma, Chairman of Agung Sedayu Group, received the 2021 Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award from the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report magazine, who decide the recipient of the title every year.
Kusuma said: “As a reward for the results of hard work and as proof of dedication to all our business partners and customers, we have executed the vision and mission of the company well and been able to make Agung Sedayu Group the leading business group in the industry as well as the most trusted and largest, managed by professionals.”

PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk won four awards, including Best Mixed Use Developer. The company won Best Serviced Apartment Development for InterContinental Hotel & Residences Jakarta Pondok Indah and Best Retail Development for Pondok Indah Mall 3.
PT Intiland Development Tbk, crowned Best Sustainable Developer, won four awards as well, including Best Mid End Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) for Duo.
Triniti Land, which was given the Best Innovative Developer title, won Best Condo Architectural Design for Paul & Prive and Best Residential District Architectural Design for Marc’s Boulevard.

Other winners in the Developer categories were Astra Land Indonesia (Best Lifestyle Developer) and PT Adhi Commuter Properti (Best Breakthrough Developer).
The 2021 edition of the awards in Indonesia gave a platform to some of the country’s most exemplary projects spanning Greater Jakarta to Greater Indonesia. PT Astra Modern Land garnered the Best Housing Development (Jakarta) award for Sentarum at Asya and the Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design award for Toba Lake Villas at Asya. Mustika Land garnered two Development awards as well: Best Low Cost Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) for Mustika Village Sukamulya and Best Low Cost Housing Development (Greater Indonesia) for Mustika Village Karawang.
Other winning projects were Bellevue Place @MT Haryono by Gapura Prima Group; Bintaro Jaya Xchange by Lead8; Damara Village Ubud Alaya Collection by Greenwoods Group; Grahayana by Citanusa Group; Jababeka Residence by PT Jababeka Tbk; Paramount Petals by Paramount Land; Providence House by Easton Urban Kapital; Sentosa Park by PT. Yiho Jakarta Real Estate Development; SMI Tower by Simbiotik Multitalenta Indonesia; Telkom Landmark Tower Surabaya by Telkom Property; and The Monde City by PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk.
