51 companies clinched winning titles and citations at the 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau)
The renowned awards programme celebrates the Chinese territories’ finest property companies and partners
The Chinese territories were some of the first countries to recover from the unprecedented pandemic, with businesses back up and running, while residents gradually return to living the life pre-COVID in a new normal world.
Remembering to pay homage to the resilience of those in the real estate industry, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) delivers again this year with a virtual gala celebration. Presented in association with Anjuke, part of leading Chinese online marketplace 58.com, and supported by Nectaris, developers, design practices, and property companies across the Chinese territories receive winning titles and citations in 56 categories.
On December 7th, the event announced awards to around 51 companies based out of Mainland China and Hong Kong. Winning the all-new awards of Top Developer (Mainland China) and Top Boutique Developer (Mainland China) were China Overseas Property and Huabiao Venture Group Co., Ltd, while Great Eagle Holdings Limited won the prestigious award of Best Developer (Hong Kong). The virtual gala celebration made its global premiere on AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast, live channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and highlights will be shown on the History Channel.
Hari V. Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer of PropertyGuru Group, said: “We at PropertyGuru Group are happy to play our part in unlocking the China property market and all the opportunities it brings to developers, agents, and property seekers across the region. We are glad to provide a platform for the magnificent developments of Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau and showcase these achievements to those who wish to invest in them or emulate their example. Congratulations to all the awardees this year.”
Jack Prinya Ruenprapan, Marvin Mai, and Sun Meng Xiao, were master emcees of the night, keeping the audience entertained throughout the whole virtual gala.
