Also, with an IMAX-inspired design, the project maximises space and privacy via expansive balconies, wide living areas, large side halls, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Every detail, from material selection to spatial proportions, is meticulously considered for a sophisticated residential experience.
The façade design takes inspiration from light curtains and the sleek contours of yachts, incorporating glass elements and natural motifs like waves and coconut groves. A sophisticated palette of space silver, warm grey aluminium, and blue-grey glass defines the main structure, enhancing the building’s atmospheric presence. At the base, light-coloured stone and champagne-toned metal add a touch of understated luxury.
Precision is a guiding principle of the design. Aluminium panels and custom metal accents further refine the façade’s verticality, reinforcing a luxurious architectural identity.
