Batavia PIK

Batavia PIK is a brand-new retail concept by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group. The waterfront development takes inspiration from Batavia, the predecessor of modern-day Jakarta known as the “Queen of the East.”

The eco-friendly development consists of two floating compounds, one on Pantai Maju (Golf Island PIK) and the other on Pantai Kita (Riverwalk Island PIK), connected by bridges across a canal. Lined with long boardwalks and dotted with mooring boats, the project is designed to recall Batavia’s heyday as a centre of commerce.

Curated and managed by Amantara, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, the tenants of Batavia PIK have been chosen to reflect the rich history, heritage and culture of Indonesia, with brands such as Dewata, Canton 168, Orasa’s, Sate & Seafood Senayan, Villa Capri, Pisang Goreng Madu Bu Nanik, Filosofi Kopi, Yeu Saigon Café, Cutt n Grill, and Warung Made.

Batavia PIK also provides spaces for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in a robust trading ecosystem. Shoppers at Batavia PIK can stroll through Pasar Rakjat, which contains various markets such as Pasar Buku, Pasar Gerabah, Pasar Loak, Pasar Anyaman, and Pasar Perabot, capturing the diversity of Indonesian arts, crafts and products. Visitors can also enjoy an interactive art gallery inside the Batavia Icon.

Batavia PIK is a pet-friendly destination with ample car and bike parking spaces, free WiFi, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a floating prayer room, an entertainment centre, and a water recreational centre.
