Under his leadership, CBRE has delivered high-profile projects like OTB flagships, LV Villas, Supreme, Zara’s largest Asia store, and positioned top assets such as JC Plaza, Zhangyuan, and Universal Beijing Resort.
Previously, Zino spent a decade client-side, managing retail expansion across seven countries and opening over 100 stores in Asia. This dual experience gives him a unique edge in safeguarding client interests and delivering innovative solutions that transform urban spaces.
