Sr Engad established ER Consult in 2001, utilising his more than 30 years of industry experience to provide clients with the best possible professional attention and appropriate advice. His dedication to his work spans across a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial and to industrial. Aside from working with financial institutions and multinational corporations, he currently serves as the Deputy Chairman (QS Division) of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a committee member of QS Examination Council and QS Accreditation Council under the purview of the Board of Quantity Surveyors (BQSM). Engad is also the Vice President of Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (ACQSM). Socially, he is involved with Rotary International where he is the Past President of Rotary Club of Central Damansara.
