Chanlino started his legal career at the Court of Appeal in 1999, and later worked for the United Nations. Immediately after returning from Japan in 2015, He jointly established Vinaya Law Firm with a group of lawyers, who have international experiences in providing various legal services. As a partner and practicing attorney, Chanlino has provided legal services to numerous clients concerning their real estate and construction projects for hotels, apartments, and other residential and office buildings. Besides his bachelor’s degree of law, Chanlino obtained two master’s degrees, LL.M and MBA, from Nagoya University (Japan) and Build Bright University (Cambodia) respectively.
