Nick has over ‘12 years’ experience in the Australian, European and Asia-pacific development and Investment property sector, with a strong background in institutional property including development management, valuations and the transaction management of large mix-use urban regeneration projects.
Prior to joining Lendlease, Nick worked at DEXUS in Development and Investment role. Nick has been involved in large developments and transaction such as Euston Station, 20 Martin place, Melbourne Quarter, and Ryde Civic precinct, , RNA in Brisbane and Water Bank in Perth. More recently, leading a team to reimage the Strathfield Town Centre and transport interchange.
