Mr. Mike Chan is Head of Property and Asset Management at JLL in Shenzhen. He is currently responsible for providing full management services and consultancy services in South China. Mr. Chan has over 8 years of experiences in the fields of property management and asset management in Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai. He engaged in the property management of different type of buildings including Commercial, Industrial, Industrial-Office, Residential, etc. Mr. Chan is now studying a Professional Diploma in Housing Management at School of Professional and Continuing Education of The University of Hong Kong.
