Dr. Sok is a practicing attorney and the Managing Partner at Sok Siphana & Associates, a top-tier full service law firm in Cambodia. He also serves as Advisor to the Royal
Government of Cambodia concurrently attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) and the
Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC) with rank of Minister. Other pro-bono positions include Chairman of the Board of Cambodia Development Resource Institute
(CDRI), and Convener of a weekly 45 minutes “Cambodia’s Global Dialogue” TV Program on Southeast Asia TV (SEATV). Dr. Sok is holder of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener
University School of Law in Delaware, United States (1992) and a Ph.D. from Bond University School of Law in Queensland, Australia (2009). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D.
degree on Comparative Laws with the Université de Paris 2, Panthéon-Assas, Paris, France.
