Gregory Ku is a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
He has over 30 years of experience in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau real estate market. He has previously served as the Managing Director of the Macau branch of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as well as the Head of Logistics and Industrial Services at JLL’s Hong Kong branch.
He has extensive experience in project planning and development, investment, leasing, and property management in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau real estate market.
