Gregory joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial department in 1996 and assumed the Department Head post in 2002. Over the years, he has been involved in a wide range of transaction and consultancy projects for major developers as well as established industrial space investors and occupants. In 2005, Gregory relocated to Macau to lead JLL new office in the city. During his tenure as Managing Director JLL Macau, the company has grown rapidly from a small team of 3 people to currently having over 200 employees in Macau and Zhuhai, delivering a full range of real estate services to major corporate and investor clients. In his new role as Executive Consultant from Mar 2022, Gregory will continue driving business and relationships with major client accounts and will provide oversight to the Macau business. In 2022, Gregory has decided to relocate back to Hong Kong to take up this new exciting role.
