Farazia leads JLL Indonesia’s strategic operations across all business lines, including Leasing Advisory, Property Management, and Capital Markets. With over 15 years in real estate, her expertise spans land acquisition, asset divestment, Build-to-Suit models, Sale & Leaseback schemes, logistics portfolio transactions, and data center projects. She has executed major deals, including securing 1,000,000 square meters of industrial land in eastern Jakarta for electric vehicle production. Beyond industrial and logistics sectors, Farazia has supported several data center companies in their initial Indonesian expansion, facilitating the acquisition of up to 800,000 square meters of land across these projects. She was recognized in Fortune 40 under 40 in 2025. JLL, a Fortune 500® company, has operated in Indonesia for 45 years.
