Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Director of PropertyDoctors (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a real estate content and advisory platform providing data-driven insights on market trends and policies for consumers and industry professionals. He is the former Head of Real Estate Intelligence at PropertyGuru Group, where he led thought leadership on ESG, macroeconomic trends, housing affordability, and residential property markets in Singapore and Malaysia.
Prior to this, he was Deputy Director at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies, National University of Singapore. Dr Lee has lead research departments at Edmund Tie & Company and Knight Frank. He holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from MIT.
