Open to condominiums and apartments where 60% of all unit has view of the sea/ocean. The development must be completed in the period between January 2025 and before December 2029. Must have a show unit.

Best Oceanview Housing Development

Open to developments with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas where 60% of all unit has view of the sea/ocean. The development must be completed in the period between January 2025 and before December 2029. Must have a show unit.

Best Golf Course View Condo Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2025 and before December 2029. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Open to residential projects which have additional reconstruction of more than 20% of the total project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2025.

Best Green Residential Development

"Open to Residential developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). The developer must submit relevant documents, images and green certifications to support each entry as evidence of: Energy saving systems and technology, water saving systems and technology, waste management systems and technology. Plus specific features that safeguard residents and/or users health. Open for Residential and Commercial Projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2025 and before December 2029."

Best Senior Living Development

Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior-friendly surroundings and social programmes. The development must be completed in the period betweenJanuary 2025 and before December 2029. Must have a show unit.

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project with over 500 acres of land area. The development masterplan must include land area and usage, infrastucture, residential unit types, retail, educational and medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2025 and before December 2029. Eligible projects should be located in coastal provinces.

Open to eco friendly township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project with over 500 acres. Open to residential developments that suit first time buyers and integrate lifestyle facilities and/or services that cater to the younger generation such as health and fitness areas, co-working or social spaces, and facilities for families with young children.

Open to retail developments with more than 20,000 GFA. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.

Best Hotel Development

Open to hotel developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.  

Best Resort Development

Open to resort developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.

Best Integrated Resort Development

Open to integrated resort developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.

Best Nature Integrated Resort Development

Open to resort developments that are designed and built to integrate with their natural surroundings. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.

Best Mixed Use Development

Open to Mixed Use developments with two or more components, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, medical and entertainment. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.

Best Completed Mixed Use Development

Open to Mixed Use developments with minimum two components, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, medical and entertainment. The development must be completed in the period before January 2024.

Best Sporting Facility

Open to sporting facility. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029.  

Best Industrial Development

Open to Industrial developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2029. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects.

Best Green Industrial Development

"Open to Industrial developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). Eligible projects should demonstrate excellence in design efficiency, including layout, ceiling height, and loading provisions, as well as high construction quality and strong operational functionality to support manufacturing or logistics use. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2029. Eligible projects should be located in Vietnam. Phases of a multiphase development are also eligible for entry.

Open to residential and commercial developments that are designed and built to integrate with their natural surroundings. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2029.

Open to marina developments that offer a combination of short- and long-stay berths for leisure yachts and motor vessels. The marina must offer residential units or hotel accommodation, as well as boat repair and maintanence services, marine supplies, retail outlets, food and beverage options and the development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2029.
