The Seasons Residences

The Seasons Residences is a mixed-use development in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) that features upscale residences, curated amenities, and the first MITSUKOSHI in the Philippines. Inspired by the four seasons of Japan, the development is a joint venture between Federal Land Inc. and Japan’s leading firms Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd.

The property features Japanese technology and innovations such as Viscoelastic Coupling Dampers, a breakthrough in earthquake vibration control from PNS ASTech, and a sunken slab or below-floor drainage system. It also features kitchen floor storage; Japanese-branded shower toilets; air-washing tiles; and double-glazed low e-glass.

MITSUKOSHI BGC, the four-storey mall at the podium of The Seasons Residences, offers the ultimate Japanese-inspired shopping experience, housing brands never-before-seen in the Philippines and a signature basement-level supermarket.

Living up to its name, The Seasons Residences has a wide array of amenities in multiple themes: Active Spring, Breezy Summer, Creative Autumn, and Dreamy Winter. In addition, the development features The Guest House, a unique amenity that lets guests of residents experience a slice of Japanese living in BGC.

The Season Residences thoughtfully fuses Japanese design and innovation into a contemporary Filipino setting. Tokyo-based architectural firm Nikken Sekkei created the masterplan and conceptual design of the project while the podium façade concept is from Torafu Architects in collaboration with Asao Tokolo, also known as the designer of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Emblem.

This project was named Winner, Best Township Development (Asia) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2022.
