Summarecon Bandung

Summarecon Bandung is a large-scale integrated township development positioned in the fast-growing eastern corridor of Bandung, designed as a future-ready urban destination where living, business, education, and recreation converge.
Developed by Summarecon Group, the project is planned as a long-term city-making initiative with phased development extending to 2045. Spanning approximately 330 hectares, it represents one of the most ambitious urban developments in West Java, supporting Bandung’s evolution toward a Technopolis-driven economy.
Master-planned by AECOM Indonesia, with residential and commercial architecture by Vincent Hadi, Hadiprana, and CND, the township is structured around a walkable urban framework. At its heart lies Summarecon Mall Bandung, a major retail and entertainment destination. This core is complemented by commercial streets, shophouses, mixed-use towers, offices, and hotels.
Residential offerings include landed houses, apartments, and shop-houses. Across approximately 10 residential clusters, homes average around 100 square metres, supported by exclusive clubhouses, pocket parks, and neighbourhood facilities. Nearly 20 hectares of open green space are distributed across Taman Sumringah, five major linear parks, lakes, and a continuous pedestrian network. A unique “Ci’ Corridor” waterway system weaves through the development. Daily car-free zones encourage walking and cycling.
The township is home to the ITB Innovation Park (Science Techno Park), supporting research and startups. Educational facilities include Al-Azhar School and Sedaya Bintang Integrated School. Connectivity is strong via the Padaleunyi Toll Road, BRT networks, and the Whoosh high-speed rail station at Tegalluar. Internal shuttle buses, pedestrian paths, and BOSEH bicycle lanes support sustainable mobility.
The development won Best Township Development (Greater Indonesia) at the 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards while Summarecon Group won Best Developer.
