Pasir Putih Residences

Pasir Putih Residences is a premium cluster of homes in PIK2 Sedayu Indo City. Situated around a 16.2-hectare lake with whitesand shores, Pasir Putih Residences has the distinction of being the only housing development in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area with a resort-like environment.

The PIK2 area, including Pasir Putih Residences, is protected against flood and subsidence by the latest vacuum soil compaction technology. It works with the polder system for flood prevention.

Residents can enjoy a 2.5-kilometre jogging and cycling track around the lake interspersed with gazebos, outdoor gym areas, a kids’ playground, and picturesque bridges. On the far side of the housing complex, a 2.7-kilometre track gives joggers a stunning view of the mangrove forest lining the Java Sea coast.

The development also contains The Club, a clubhouse designed by DPArchitects. The 1.5-hectare clubhouse offers exclusive services and luxurious facilities including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, lagoon-style pool, spa and sauna, cafés, meeting rooms and ballrooms, a supermarket, senior club, and children’s daycare.

Pasir Putih Residences is only five minutes from Greater Jakarta via the nearest tollway. It is also near the Mangrove Boardwalk area by the Rukan Marina Pasir Putih and the Marina Bay Commercial District, a thematic culinary and lifestyle destination at the main boulevard of PIK2.

Pasir Putih Residences is close to the Youth Center and Edu City, home to many international-level educational institutions.
