Jakarta Premium Outlets is Indonesia’s first premium outlet centre, introducing a new benchmark for open-air retail, lifestyle, and commercial investment in Kota Tangerang, Banten.
The outlet centre offers approximately 26,700 square metres of leasable retail space, accommodating 150 international and designer brand partners. It is operated by PT Nusantara Management Indonesia in collaboration with PT Pembangunan Property Nusantara, subsidiaries of Simon Genting Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Simon Property Group and Genting Plantations Berhad, bringing globally established outlet retail expertise into Indonesia.
The project enjoys direct access to major toll roads, placing it approximately 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and around 45 minutes from Central Jakarta. With an expected annual footfall of up to six million visitors, the centre is positioned as a major commercial anchor within the Greater Jakarta region.
Jakarta Premium Outlets delivers a world-class open-air shopping environment, combining landscaped public spaces with global retail brands offering factory-direct savings of up to 65% daily. Highlights include Indonesia’s first Adidas Originals outlet, and the largest Adidas and Puma outlet stores in Southeast Asia, cementing its role as a leading regional shopping destination.
Designed as a green-certified development, the centre integrates sustainability principles while prioritising visitor comfort and accessibility.
